Structural philosophy: vertebral spine with cantilevered ring assemblies. All primary loads (axial, bending, torsion) carried by the Ti-6Al-4V graphene-matrix spine. Secondary structures interface via magnetic docking collars rated to 800 kN shear. Design envelope per ECSS-E-ST-32C Space Engineering Structural standard adapted for first-generation private space infrastructure.
