Fascism is not an abstract ideology. It has a specific origin, a specific stated objective, and a specific historical record. Its origin is Italy, 1919. Its stated objective — Mussolini said this explicitly and repeatedly — was the restoration of the Roman Empire. Its historical record is 100% failure, across every attempt, in every country, across 100 years.
The United States inherited the personnel, the symbols, the institutional architecture, and the strategic doctrine of two fascist states through Operation Paperclip and 80 years of institutional consolidation. The Roman model — military overextension, currency debasement, bread and circuses, slave economy, cognitive poisoning of the population — is being reproduced in America with modern technology and without anyone in charge apparently having read what happened to Rome.
Rome fell. Every restoration has fallen. The only interesting question is what comes after this one — and this project is the answer to that question.

ROME'S GREATEST ACHIEVEMENTS CAME FROM INCLUSION, NOT REDUCTION.
Rome at its peak extended citizenship broadly, absorbed conquered peoples into its institutions, and ran a meritocratic military that allowed a Spaniard (Trajan), an African (Septimius Severus), and an Arab (Philip the Arab) to become emperor. Rome's centuries of stability came from civilisational expansion of participation. Rome's collapse came when the elite became extractive, the middle class collapsed, and the population was managed rather than empowered. The fascists read the wrong chapters.
ROMAN ENGINEERING WAS ABOUT BUILDING, NOT CONTROLLING.
The aqueducts gave clean water to every Roman citizen — not just the elite. The roads connected the empire and enabled trade, communication, and the spread of knowledge. Roman law codified rights that persisted for 1,500 years. The Roman achievements that endure were the ones that served the population. The Roman institutions that collapsed were the ones that extracted from it.
THIS PROJECT IS MORE ROMAN THAN ANYTHING THEY ARE DOING.
Aqueducts that give every community clean water — that is the SEG grid and electroculture programme. Roads that connect the empire — that is the EtherNet protocol and planetary grid. Law that applies equally — that is the legal case framework and Nuremberg Code documentation. If you want to honour Rome, build infrastructure that serves everyone. Mussolini built parade routes. This project is building the aqueducts.

Executed by his own people. Hung upside down in public. His empire dissolved within a generation. The Roman restoration lasted 21 years. Rome lasted 500. If you are going to copy something, at minimum copy the part that worked — and the part that worked was serving the population, not managing it.
